Laser Coaching
Laser coaching is an ultra-efficient, hyper-focused process where we take on one goal for 10 weeks in 20 minute sessions. It is perfect for busy clients looking to make a change in their life.
Self-paced
These cost-effective programs have optional 1:1 or group meetings and offer the freedom to use materials to make progress at any pace. This is especially helpful for people with limited availability.

Hi! I'am
KAREN VINCENT
Former startup executive, healthcare consultant and technical trainer, I became coach because it is my passion to bring others with me on the path to better balance, fitness, wealth and well-being.
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), a Certified Scrum Master (SCM) and an IIN Certified Professional Health Coach. I have an MBA from Santa Clara University, MA from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and a BA in Psychology from Augustana College.
I work with clients who are motivated to make a shift in their life by helping them identify steps to take and the many potential gotchas and blockers that might be holding them back. Together we walk that bold path to reach vibrant, healthy, fulfilling lives.

Do you aspire to greatness? Do you feel like something might be holding you back from living the life you want to live? I specialize in helping people identify imbalances in their lives, set goals and make changes that lead to feeling healthier, happier, stronger and more empowered in their lives. These often include changes to their diet and exercise to improve their health, changes to their schedules to improve their sleep, changes in life, career and relationships that create a greater sense of fulfillment. I work most often with entrepreneurs launching new businesses, people running from the bear, battered by the winds of life's challenges, people recently diagnosed by surprise with diabetes or other chronic conditions, or those just wanting support in making important lifestyle changes.
I am a certified personal trainer in addition to being a coach, so I can provide you with guidance and programming for exercise if exercise is part of your vision for enriching your life. I am especially skilled at helping people who have not exercised in a long time or are afraid to get started find ways to get active and feel strong and healthy.
Everyone who works with me is offered a PAR-Q form to complete as part of the initial assessment so that we are covered to talk about exercise at any point during the program.
Health coaches are not registered dieticians, so I will never tell you what you should eat. BUT, if you tell me what dietary changes you want to make in your life, I have special software that can help you identify delicious recipes and make shopping lists that will help you meet your goals.
Not at all! My approach is personalized and meets you where you are.
The signature program is the most detailed and includes a two-week "Power Assessment" which is the most intense period where we leave no stone unturned to find what's necessary to get you on track to your goals. After that, we carry some momentum to start you on your transformation, but we move at your pace with a focus on building confidence, power, strength and mobility.
Laser coaching is lightning fast and involves only 20 minutes per week over 10 weeks working toward a high-priority goal. It is perfect for fitting into busy schedules.
The self-paced group programs are the most flexible where you choose what you work on and how you work on it and attend optional group meetings as you like.
The Personal Power Assessment is an intensive 2-week coaching experience where you will complete a series of written and physical assessments and attend 5 to 10 strategy sessions to put together your vision and unveil your path forward. At the end of the 2-week period you will have a comprehensive picture of where you are now, what you want and where you'd like to be. You'll also have some initial ideas for the path to achieving your goals. This assessment lays the foundation for the coaching program, and you will be able to decide at that time if you'd like to join the Bold Path Signature Transformation Coaching Program and when you would like to start.
How long is the Bold Path Signature 1:1 Transformation Coaching Program
There is no specific term or length of the coaching program. The duration of the coaching program is customized to you and the type of transformation you are making. You are at the helm and have full support in deciding.
Do you offer options for laser coaching or group coaching programs?
Yes! If you don't feel ready for the intensity of the 1:1 signature program experience, I offer a variety of group and 1:1 laser coaching options to meet your needs. Many of these are FSA eligible with a letter of medical necessity.
Laser Coaching:
1:1 coaching for 20-minute sessions which are laser-focused around building lifestyle changes to make progress toward one goal of your choice. Each program lasts 10 weeks with 1 meeting per week. Book a free consultation to learn if laser coaching is the right fit for you.
Self-paced and Group:
I currently offer a variety of self-paced and group programs around various topics. Group coaching includes optional bi-weekly 60-minute sessions which are focused on reaching goals in addition to self-paced materials. Enrollment is month-to-month with 1 meeting every two weeks.
